These terms apply to orders placed on this website by consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pictures are for illustration; small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Figures such as filter capacity and battery life come from the manufacturers.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total price of the products. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order.

After you pay, we send you an email confirming your order. The contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation. If we cannot accept your order (for example if an item is out of stock), we will tell you and refund you in full.

We deliver to UK addresses only, within the times shown on our delivery page and in any case within 30 days unless we agree otherwise. The products are your responsibility once delivered.

You have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason, as explained in our returns policy. Water filters that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

We must supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects them.

Please read the instructions supplied with each product and our water guide. Personal water filters do not remove viruses, chemicals or salt, and must never be used on floodwater or seawater.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first: we will do our best to resolve it.
