Returns and refunds

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at contact@getbeprepared.com, or by post to our registered office: 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, Fin009, London N3 2JU, United Kingdom, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We will tell you where to send them.

You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We refund the price of the items, and the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving them back (or proof that you sent them). We use the same payment method you used.

Water filters are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once a filter has been unsealed or used, it can only be returned if it is faulty.

When you buy the handbook on its own, it is digital content: by paying, you ask for immediate access and you lose your right to cancel once the download starts. If the file is faulty or won’t open, contact us and we will put it right.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, you can reject it within 30 days for a full refund, or ask for a repair or replacement. Contact us and we will arrange the return at our cost.
