• Orders: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, to deliver your order and keep our accounting records (performance of a contract, legal obligation). Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
• Launch list: your email address, to tell you when orders open (your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Customer service: what you tell us when you contact us (legitimate interest).
• Advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies: the Meta pixel records the pages you visit and your purchases on our site, to measure and improve our adverts on Facebook and Instagram (your consent). See our cookie policy.

Only service providers that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Meta (advertising measurement, only with your consent), our fulfilment partners and delivery carriers (to deliver your order), and Google (a Google Sheet stores the launch list). Some of them may process data outside the UK; when they do, they use the safeguards required by UK law. We never sell your data.

Order data: 6 years, for accounting and tax purposes. Launch list: until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch at the latest.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
